Terms of Use
These terms apply when you book and attend programs through the WAA Gallery and Sinryeong booking sites (book.waa-gallery.com, book.cuz-art.com), operated by CUZ Inc. ("we").
1. Service
We offer booking and payment for scheduled programs such as the Wellness Program and the Korean Escape Room.
Program content, duration, capacity, age requirements, and prices are as shown on each program page.
2. Booking
A booking is made when you choose a session and party size, enter your details, and complete payment. We then send a confirmation with your booking code.
Seats are held for 10 minutes before payment, and for up to 31 minutes once you reach the payment page. After that the seats are released, and any payment received later is refunded in full.
We may decline or cancel a booking if the details are false or the booking is not made in good faith (for example, repeatedly holding seats). Any payment is then refunded in full.
3. Payment
Payment is by card through Stripe and is charged in Korean won (KRW).
We never receive or store your card number.
4. Changes and cancellations
Changes, cancellations, and refunds follow our Refund Policy.
5. Your responsibilities
Please arrive 10 minutes before your session. Late entry may be refused once a session has started, and no refund is given in that case.
Guests below a program's minimum age cannot enter. We may ask for ID showing age.
Please follow staff instructions and safety rules. We may stop your visit if you disturb other guests or damage the space or artworks, and may ask you to pay for damage.
Photos and recordings are allowed only where staff say so.
6. Our responsibilities
We run each session as described.
If we cannot run a session because of an emergency or equipment failure, we will contact you and move you to another session or refund you in full.
We are not liable for losses caused by your own fault or by ignoring instructions. We compensate losses caused by our intent or negligence as required by law.
7. Disputes
Contact us at contact@waa-gallery.com or +82 70-4125-0588 (daily 10:00 to 18:00, KST).
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes go to the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
