Refund Policy

Cancellations

Cancel by 23:59 (Korea time) the day before your visit for a full refund.

No refund for same-day cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals refused entry.

You can cancel yourself on your booking page (the link in your confirmation). If the deadline has passed or you cannot cancel online, please contact us.

Changing your date or time

By 23:59 the day before your visit, you can move to another date or session of the same program for free, subject to availability.

To add guests or switch programs, please cancel and book again.

If we cancel

If we cannot run your session (equipment failure, emergencies, and similar), we will move you to another session or refund you in full, with no fee.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your card issuer.

Your card issuer's exchange rate and foreign transaction fees may affect the amount you see; these follow your issuer's policy.
